All staff very helpful and showed great care.
Sadly we find the canteen serves food with plastic knives and folks also polysty above plates. Not good for environment.

All HDU staff are great. Problem today was waiting for pharmacy to bring meds. I waited 1 hr 15 mins for mine. Its not good enough. They must know you are in MDU waiting.

Staff brilliant. Appointments always run late (not good). Doctors are never the same. Nurses excellent.

Everyone was very kind and caring. Thank you.
One day, the hospital transport broke down and we were waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours without knowing why. Nobody called to let us know what happened.

What was bad was I was told my appointment was for 12.00. The literature I was given said arrive 90 minutes earlier. However the actual appointment time was 1.30, so consequently I arrived 2 hours too early!
Please give the correct appointment time and allow the patient to allow the right time to arrive!
The appointment was for pre-radiotherapy and at CT scan.
Two hours waiting time sitting in outpatients is a bloody long time!

Every aspect of my appointment test today was a great service. Everyone was helpful, polite and informative. Explaining each part of my appointment. Even when I got lost a kind volunteer helped me and took to the right department. Thank you.
